GNF Overview

GNF Overview

GNF began with a feeling many collectors already know: an NFT should feel like a place you belong, not a floor you watch while hoping nobody breaks it.

That idea lives in a 10,000-NFT collection, a platform where showing up becomes visible progress and FIREWALL, the on-chain protocol that enforces the floor a collection has chosen to protect.

The Collection

Wolf, Owl, Shark and Snake divide the 10,000 supply into four paths. Each has its own Leader, fragments, unopened packs and fixed allocation. You can build progress across more than one path before revealing a finished Leader card.

The Platform

Social tasks start the climb. They lead to Farming Packs and each pack gives you one pull: fragments, an accelerator, another Farming Pack or a Leader Pack. Collect 100 matching fragments in one path and Sacrifice can turn them into an unopened Leader Pack. Current availability is always shown on the Sacrifice page.

FIREWALL

The protected floor is chosen while the community can still think clearly, not after a low listing starts a panic. If an NFT crosses that line, the asset freezes and the seller receives time to correct it. If they leave it there, holders decide whether it is burned or saved.

From Participation to Protection

  1. Take part through the platform.
  2. Earn packs and build progress across one or more Leader paths.
  3. Obtain an unopened Leader Pack and reveal the card inside.
  4. Enter a collection with a protected-floor rule already in place.
  5. Vote on what happens next when FIREWALL is triggered.

Why GNF

NFTs can come back. Just not as another floor game.

People once saw more in them than a price on a marketplace. They found art they cared about, identities they carried online and communities that made the internet feel a little less empty. Holding meant belonging to something while it was still being built.

The last cycle changed that feeling. People learned to check the floor before they looked at the art, the characters or each other.

Mint. Reveal. List. Refresh.

One frightened listing could become ten. Holders watched each other undercut. Founders disappeared into private conversations, trying to hold a market together while everyone else waited. A few connected voices could shape the response, but most people could only watch trust disappear in public.

Belonging started to feel like a position people had to escape before somebody else did.

Belief should be able to survive the moment when belief becomes difficult.

GNF gives participation a shape before that pressure arrives. Choose a Leader. Complete tasks. Open Farming Packs. Collect fragments. Reveal cards. The time people spend inside the collection becomes part of its history instead of vanishing behind a marketplace number.

FIREWALL carries that conviction into the asset rules. The community agrees on a protected floor while everyone can still think clearly. If someone crosses it, the response no longer depends on private messages, emergency promises or who happens to be awake. The seller receives time to correct the listing. If they refuse, holders decide what follows.

No founder should have to carry an entire market alone. No holder should have to refresh a chart and hope everybody else stays calm.

Build something people can belong to. Give their participation weight. Let the community choose the line it is willing to defend.

FIREWALL Overview

Every NFT community remembers the moment the room changes.

One listing slips beneath the floor. Another follows. The chat that felt alive a few minutes earlier becomes a wall of questions. Holders watch the number fall while founders disappear into private conversations, trying to stop fear with promises nobody can enforce.

The loss is not only financial. Trust moves with it. People begin looking at one another differently and something that took months to build can feel fragile in a single night.

A community should decide how it will face pressure before pressure decides for it.

FIREWALL turns that decision into an on-chain rule. The community agrees on a protected floor while the room is calm. Crossing it begins the same process for every wallet, whether the seller is a founder, a whale, an early supporter or someone who arrived yesterday.

The owner receives a real chance to step back. If that window closes, the choice moves to the holders. They can forgive the listing or burn the NFT.

Conviction Has Consequences

A protected floor means very little if breaking it changes nothing.

Forgive releases the asset. Burn removes the original NFT, preserves its traits and creates a reborn version for the community reward mechanism. The wallet that crossed the line does not receive it back.

The person leaving no longer passes the entire cost of that decision to everyone who stayed.

One Rule For Every Holder

There is no private exception, emergency buy wall or founder button waiting behind the screen. The trigger is automatic. The final choice belongs to holders. Once the outcome is recorded, the team cannot rewrite it for someone important, loud or connected.

Technology cannot create culture or make people care. Those parts will always be human. FIREWALL protects the agreement a community made together, especially on the day that agreement becomes difficult to keep.

How FIREWALL Works

The trigger begins quietly: one listing crosses the line a community agreed to defend.

Nobody needs to race into private messages or wait for a moderator to wake up. The protocol begins the process immediately. Each screen below belongs to a different person and a different moment in that process.

1. Set The Line

Before pressure arrives, the community chooses the protected floor for its collection. That boundary is known in advance. Holders enter with the same rule and the same expectation.

2. Detect And Freeze

When a listing appears below that floor, FIREWALL detects it and freezes the NFT automatically. The clock starts because the agreed condition was crossed, not because a team member selected a wallet.

3. The NFT Enters Defrost House

A mistake does not have to become permanent. The frozen NFT appears directly inside Defrost House, where its status, remaining time and Unfreeze action stay together.

The owner has six hours to correct the listing. Defreezing triggers marketplace API automation to remove the public listing and the NFT stays with its owner.

4. Open The Holder Vote

If the recovery window expires without action, control leaves the seller. A twelve-hour on-chain vote opens for eligible holders.

There are two choices: Burn or Forgive. Nobody negotiates the result in private and the team cannot quietly close the vote.

5. Keep Every Choice Visible

After voting, My Voting keeps each NFT beside the choice that holder made. They can return at any time and see their own voting record exactly as it was submitted.

The My Voting screen showing a recorded Burn vote for the GNF NFT

6. Count Every Vote In The Open

Running Votes shows the active case, time remaining and the live percentage for each side. Burn and Forgive update as votes arrive, so everyone can follow the decision as it forms.

The Running Votes screen showing the active NFT, remaining time and live Burn and Forgive percentages

7. Carry Out The Result

If holders choose Forgive, the NFT is released and returns to normal trading.

If Burn wins, the original asset is destroyed. Its metadata and traits are preserved in a newly minted NFT, which enters the community reward mechanism instead of returning to the under-floor lister.

The selected holder claims that reborn NFT through a settlement tied to the protected floor. The next page follows every cost, refund and payment without mixing them into the voting rules.

8. Begin Again When The Line Is Crossed

A later listing below the protected floor starts a new cycle. History does not soften the condition and status does not create an exception.

Same line. Same clock. Same consequence.

Underneath The Screen

FIREWALLProtocol logicThe listing is checked against the protected floor and the timer begins.
Asset layerMetaplex CoreCollection and asset rules control freeze, release, burn and rebirth.

The separation between those jobs matters. Outside services can report an event; they never choose the outcome.

Built On Metaplex Core

Metaplex Core provides a single-account asset model and a composable plugin system. Its lifecycle controls make programmable collection rules possible without rebuilding the NFT standard from zero. Core also includes an Oracle Plugin for validating lifecycle events against external Oracle accounts.

Credit Where It Belongs

Metaplex built the Core standard beneath this mechanism. Solana provides the public programs, accounts and transactions that execute it. Wallets, RPC providers, indexers and marketplaces connect those rules to the places holders already use.

GNF created the enforcement loop. Their infrastructure made it possible to bring that idea on-chain.

FIREWALL Economics

A rule can protect a floor only if people understand what happens when it is enforced. Every SOL amount below has one job. Some pay for an on-chain action. One is returned. Revenue appears only when a burned NFT finds its next holder.

Before a Decision

FIREWALL carries the estimated 0.00417 SOL cost of freezing an under-floor NFT.

Casting a vote requires 0.001594 SOL. That payment signs the holder's decision; it is not protocol income. After the vote closes and distribution is complete, the holder can claim the full vote deposit back.

The owner still has a way out during the six-hour window. Unfreezing costs the same as the freeze action, currently estimated at 0.00417 SOL. Paying it removes the freeze and lets the owner keep the NFT.

When Burn Wins

The original NFT is destroyed, its traits are preserved and the reborn version moves into the holder selection. The selected holder can claim it for 17% of the protected floor.

That payment closes the loop:

  • 14% of the protected floor goes to the original lister.
  • 3% of the protected floor goes to the protocol treasury.

At a protected floor of 4 SOL, the winner pays 0.68 SOL for the reborn NFT. The lister receives 0.56 SOL and 0.12 SOL enters the treasury.

A Different Kind of Exit

An under-floor listing usually gives one person an exit by forcing everyone else to absorb the damage. FIREWALL changes the shape of that moment. The lister leaves with a defined payment instead of setting off another race to the bottom. A participating holder gets the reborn NFT far below the protected floor. The collection keeps the asset inside its community.

Nobody is asked to pretend the seller never wanted out. The protocol gives that choice a consequence without turning it into a punishment for every holder who stayed.

How the Protocol Earns

The treasury receives 3% of the protected floor only when a burn settlement completes. That revenue supports the infrastructure behind detection, execution, integrations and the work required to bring more Solana collections into FIREWALL.

The goal is to onboard communities one by one. Each collection keeps its own identity and chooses its own protected floor; FIREWALL supplies the rule that carries that decision when the market becomes difficult.

Freeze and unfreeze costs are estimates and can move with Solana network conditions. The percentages in the completed settlement remain fixed at 14% for the lister and 3% for the protocol treasury.

Genesis 404

Genesis 404 is where GNF begins. Only 404 Genesis NFTs will exist, with FIREWALL protecting them from the start.

Four Leader Packs sit behind each Genesis: one for Varok, Alcyr, Razkor and Kalyx. There is no rotating fifth pack.

Each Genesis also includes 30 Farming Packs: 15 Rare and 15 Epic.

The 1,616 Leader NFTs

Four Leader Packs across 404 Genesis NFTs reserve 1,616 NFTs from the 10,000 collection. They belong to the Genesis allocation and never enter Sacrifice.

The allocation is even: 404 NFTs per Leader move to Genesis, leaving 1,096 per Leader for Sacrifice. The Store, Early Community and Direct Leader Pack Drops allocations stay unchanged.

Voting Across Both Collections

  1. Mint a Genesis NFT.
  2. Connect the wallet holding it to the voting page.
  3. The page verifies the wallet and its Genesis NFT.
  4. Authorized holders choose a Genesis floor of 2 SOL, 4 SOL or 6 SOL.
  5. The winning option becomes the Genesis floor enforced by FIREWALL.
GNF holders voting between 2 SOL, 4 SOL and 6 SOL protected floors

Why 2, 4 or 6 SOL?

The protected floor becomes part of how Genesis introduces itself. It shapes who can step in, how much pressure the collection carries at launch and how far into the future holders are ready to stand.

Holders will not vote on a number in isolation. The finished Genesis art, the launch experience, FIREWALL's readiness and the clarity of what comes next all influence what feels responsible.

2 SOL Access first

Keeps the first step closer, giving more people room to enter and watch FIREWALL prove itself through use.

Strength
Participation can grow around something people have actually experienced.
Pressure
The protected line carries less of the long-term ambition at launch.
4 SOL Measured conviction

Sets a meaningful threshold without asking the market to absorb the entire future on day one.

Strength
Balances a serious floor with an entry point that can still breathe.
Pressure
The middle can feel cautious to the strongest believers and demanding to careful entrants.
6 SOL The long view

Reflects the future GNF is building toward: FIREWALL serving communities across chains and working alongside established companies.

Strength
Places the infrastructure vision at the center from the beginning.
Pressure
Carries the highest entry and asks for the greatest trust before that scale is visible.

The vote measures more than optimism. It asks how much access matters now, how much proof the community expects and how far ahead Genesis should stand. A lower choice is not a lack of belief and a higher choice does not create value by itself. The winning number is the line holders are ready to defend together.

Genesis holders also take part when the protected floor is chosen for the main 10,000-NFT collection. The two collections make separate decisions.

A winning choice becomes a rule FIREWALL can enforce. It is not a promise of liquidity or future value.

Mint Information

The team is not tied to one launch route. Genesis can launch through a reputable marketplace partnership or through the GNF launchpad with a minting experience built around the collection.

The full launch can also be built in-house, so Genesis does not depend on another platform being available. Market conditions and the strength of any partnership will decide the final route. Timing and mint details will be announced when that decision is made.

Leader Packs

A Leader Pack is the quiet second before the collection becomes personal. You know the Leader. The card is still a mystery.

How It Reaches You

A Leader Pack can arrive through Genesis, Sacrifice, a lucky platform pull or another path opened by GNF. The Store may become another route when it launches. However the pack arrives, it stays sealed until you choose the moment.

You Know the Leader, Not the Card

Every pack already belongs to Varok, Alcyr, Razkor or Kalyx. That identity gives the anticipation a direction, while the artwork, traits, fragment tier, card rarity and serial remain hidden.

The Reveal

Opening the pack ends the guessing. The finished card appears and all those layers meet in one collectible that is now yours.

For a moment, it is not about menus or numbers. It is the feeling of finally seeing which piece of GNF was waiting for you.

Leader Fragments

Opening a pack should still carry a little suspense. Two people can reveal the same Leader and walk away with cards that feel completely different.

Every finished card can stand apart in three ways at once: the NFT art and its traits, the tier of its Leader Fragment and the card treatment around it.

Moving from Tier 1 to Tier 4 changes the fragment artwork and raises its rarity inside the finished card. The Leader never changes: Tier 4 Flare still belongs to Varok.

Tier 4 is the highest level of fragment rarity. It is not a fourth rarity system.

How One Card Comes Together

One reveal brings all three layers together. The NFT gives the card its art and traits. The fragment carries a tier from 1 to 4. The card treatment adds its own rarity.

Those layers can combine differently, even within the same Leader. That is where the collection starts to feel personal: familiar characters, different pulls and cards that do not all tell the same story.

Flare, Lore, Pulse and Shard balances are tracked separately

From Participation to Reveal

Fragments can be earned through social tasks, stories, Farming Packs, referrals and raffles. Each one keeps its Leader and tier.

Collect 100 matching fragments and Sacrifice turns them into one unopened Leader Pack for the same Leader. Opening that pack reveals the finished card.

Farming Packs

Open a Farming Pack and see what you pull. It could move a Leader path forward, give you another Farming Pack or accelerator or reveal a Leader Pack. The Farming Pack itself is not an NFT.

Opening One

  1. Open the profile.
  2. Select Packs.
  3. Find the tier with a Ready count above zero.
  4. Open one pack.
  5. Let the reveal finish.
  6. See what you pulled.
  7. Check fragments if you pulled fragments.
  8. Check Packs if you pulled another Farming Pack.
  9. Check Boosters if you pulled an accelerator.
  10. Check NFTs if you pulled a Leader Pack.

Accelerator Uses

An accelerator gives a farming result an x2 boost. The normal result still lands; the active accelerator doubles its amount for that use.

1 hit GNF accelerator
1 hitx2 once
2 hits GNF accelerator
2 hitsx2 twice
3 hits GNF accelerator
3 hitsx2 three times

The number of hits tells you how many farming results receive x2. Legendary and Mythic packs never reveal the 1-hit accelerator.

Supply Model

The main GNF collection has a fixed total of 10,000 Leader NFTs. Before any enter circulation, every NFT already belongs to an allocation.

Varok, Alcyr, Razkor and Kalyx each follow this allocation:

SourceSupply Per Leader
Store500
Early Community375
Direct Leader Pack Drops125
Genesis404
Sacrifice1,096

Together, the four identical allocations reach the 10,000 cap.

The Early Community allocation covers the first ecosystem distributions. The 125 is only the pool for Leader Packs that drop directly through the platform. It is not a cap on what the community can earn by taking part.

Social Tasks, raffles, referrals and Farming Packs also put more Farming Packs and fragments into people's inventories. Matching fragments keep building toward Sacrifice, where 1,096 NFTs per Leader are available. A direct Leader Pack is the lucky hit; fragments are the steady route. Nobody is shut out because they did not pull one immediately.

Reserved For Genesis

Genesis 404 is separate from the 10,000 Leader NFTs, but every Genesis holder receives four Leader Packs drawn from the main collection: one from each Leader.

Across 404 Genesis NFTs, those claims reserve 1,616 Leader NFTs: 404 from each Leader. Sacrifice holds 4,384 NFTs, with 1,096 available for each Leader.

Community and Identity

Watching a floor is passive. Belonging to a collection should not be.

GNF makes participation visible through tasks, fragments, packs, referrals and Leader identity. FIREWALL carries that shared commitment into an on-chain rule when someone lists below the protected floor.

A Place Inside The Collection

  1. Join with a wallet-owned account.
  2. Connect social identities.
  3. Complete work that can be reviewed.
  4. Build progress across the four Leaders.
  5. Bring real participants through referrals.
  6. Obtain and reveal a Leader NFT.
  7. Take part in collection decisions when FIREWALL is active.

People should understand what they own, how their effort moves them forward and which rules will still hold when the collection comes under pressure.

Platform Map

The homepage is the map into GNF. Each area opens a different part of the platform; the detailed instructions live on the pages that follow this one.

FAQ

What is GNF?

GNF is a Web3 ecosystem built around FIREWALL, an automated floor-enforcement protocol for NFT collections on Metaplex Core.

What is FIREWALL?

FIREWALL freezes NFTs listed below the community-set floor, gives the seller a correction window, then lets holders vote burn-or-save.

What is Genesis 404?

Genesis 404 is GNF's first FIREWALL-protected supply. Only 404 exist. Each includes four Leader Packs, one from every Leader, plus 15 Rare and 15 Epic Farming Packs.

What does Genesis decide?

Genesis holders choose the protected floor for Genesis 404 from 2 SOL, 4 SOL or 6 SOL. They also take part in the separate protected-floor vote for the main GNF collection.

Is the token live?

No. The GNF token is not live yet.

Can I buy a GNF NFT?

Mint and collection purchase details will be announced when they are ready. The Store is planned for a later stage of platform development.

How many NFTs are there?

10,000 total:

  • 2,500 Owl
  • 2,500 Shark
  • 2,500 Snake
  • 2,500 Wolf

How do fragments work?

Fragments are Leader-specific and carry a rarity tier from 1 to 4. One hundred matching fragments can be used in Sacrifice for one unopened Leader Pack when that pack is available.

What is BURN?

BURN is an internal, non-tradable platform balance designed for the future GNF Store. It is not the GNF token.

Who sets the floor?

The community sets the protected floor.

Can the team override FIREWALL?

Once deployed, enforcement runs through protocol logic and holder decisions. The team does not choose the outcome.

Is this price manipulation?

FIREWALL enforces asset-level rules. It does not trade, place orders, manage liquidity or act as a market maker.
